About Me

I started writing stories and poems at an early age. When I was 9 one of my poems was published in my school newsletter and thus began my passion for seeing my thoughts in print.

I attended SUNY Binghamton and earned a degree in English Literature in 1972. There, I read and wrote for 4 years.

I settled in Troy, NY in 1974 with my husband John and two sons John and Dan.

Over the years I wrote and published short stories and poetry and edited several newsletters.

I have written in diaries and journals over the years and refer to them for inspiration and recollection of events I use in my books.

The most frequently asked question of me at book signings and speaking engagements is: ‘Where do you get your ideas from?’

I had always wondered this myself as I devoured book after book as soon as I could read. ‘Where do these authors get their ideas from?’

Now I know the answer for me. It is divine inspiration.
